Participating in a training program during lockdown is often an unappealing prospect but Amanda made the experience enjoyable and not awkward at all. Her knowledge on the Mental Health First Aid Refresher course content and her general knowledge on the topic made for a fantastic learning experience with great insight from an expert in the field. I would highly recommend Amanda for anyone wanting to undertake MHFA particularly at the moment with lockdown in parts of Australia.

I had the pleasure of attending Amanda's Mental Health First Aid course delivered online. She is a very skilled and engaging presenter - the course was much more enjoyable than I had expected. There was a lot more audience engagement than I'd thought would be practical, and was a morning well spent on an important health topic.
