Kind, warm and incredibly intelligent. Sufya is the best counsellor I've ever had, by far. She truly cares about her clients. Her wealth of life experience is clear, as is her deep understanding of the long and short term effects of medications and substances, and the way these things impact our bodies and minds. Sufya provides a safe and judgement-free space for dealing with all levels of trauma. We are very thankful to have her empathy and expansive toolkit.

I’m writing this as a psychotherapist myself .I’ve worked for over 22 years in this industry.So when I needed a therapist the standard was high ….. very high .Need I say Sofia was absolutely amazing she makes you feel safe , herd and holds space to be vulnerable for your emotional intelligence to soar .She will safely challenge your thoughts, feelings emotions . You will grow , learn and be educated.This lady is amazing !!Thank you for sharing my journey and guiding me through my darkest hours .I cannot recommend this lady highly enough .She is in a league of her own .
